JA in the News

JA Worldwide is focused on positioning JA's financial literacy programs as part of the solution to the current crisis. In addition to releasing three issue papers to teach youth about recent economic conditions, JA Worldwide is also looking to further highlight the impact our programs have on students.

To this end, JA was recently featured on the NBC Nightly News, as they are covering positive stories about individuals and organizations that are making a positive impact during these challenging times. They visited a JA class in New York City, and interviewed the JA volunteer and some of the students. In particular, the students in the piece are eloquent and enthusiastic in their praise about how JA has positioned them for success. They also spoke to Sean Rush, JA Worldwide's president and CEO; and Sharon Joseph, a JA alum and entrepreneur from Harlem.
